Class Descriptions

Group Power is a low to moderate weight, high repetition, weight training class. It is pre-choreographed to provide high energy and exciting music with easy to perform moves to achieve a full body workout in one hour.
Step On It provides an intermediate step class for people who have step experience. The instructors put popular step moves to music to get your heart pumpin' and your feet thumpin'.
Just Add Water enjoy a full-body workout without impact on the joints. Enjoy our glass-enclosed pool while you get a cardiovascular workout.
Yoga is a class for stretching, toning and relaxing. An athletic class adaptable to any fitness level, Yoga at Fitness World will increase your flexibility, mental focus, balance and strength while releasing tension.
Awesome Abs is a 30-minute intense abdominal workout. Utilizes resist-a-balls and floor exercises to strengthen abdominal and lower-back muscles.
Pilates - Don't try this class unless you want to have better posture and a small waist! Pilates is non-impact movements that will strengthen you core muscles.
The Inferno - is the HOTTEST workout around! Sweat it out with this heart pounding mix of fat-melting plyometrics, kickboxing groves, and ab-sculpting moves. Whether your style is athletic, down and dirty, or booty shakin' fun & flirty, you will love this belly blasting good time.
Spinning is an intense cycling class done on stationary bikes. You get the opportunity to use your mind and your body to overcome hill climbs, seated climbs, and sprints.
Boot Camp - Sweat-pouring, non-stop pumping, adrenaline rushing circuit workout featuring high-intensity conditioning, power moves & strength training. This is a one-hour workout you'll love and never forget!
Dance Tease - an exciting alternative to your typical aerobic and dance workouts. Get the best of aerobic choreography, exotic dance, and powerful strength training to give you results you feel in both mind and body.
