| Group Power is a low to moderate weight, high repetition, weight training class. It is pre-choreographed to provide high energy and exciting music with easy to perform moves to achieve a full body workout in one hour. |
| Combo / Step On It provides an intermediate step class for people who have step experience. The instructors put popular step moves to music to get your heart pumpin' and your feet thumpin'. |
| Just Add Water enjoy a full-body workout without impact on the joints. Enjoy our glass-enclosed pool while you get a cardiovascular workout. |
