What is Personal Training? |

Personal Training is a series of one-on-one workouts with a fitness professional (FitPro) who designs your exercise program according to your individual needs and goals. You and your trainer determine when and how often you will meet. Training sessions may include cardiovascular, strength training, flexibility, and / or post rehabilitation training. All sessions are tailored to meet your individual goals! A Fitness World training team is sensitive to your time and budget and will design programs accordingly. For your convenience, short and long-term plans are available. Lose Weight! It's always number one and, when added to proper diet, exercise is the only way to keep excess weight from coming back. We can show you how to do it! Enhance your skills! Improve your strength and flexibility for the right activities you enjoy, like golf, tennis and soccer. Learn the right way to workout! Learn the correct way to use equipment as well as the most effective form and techniques for cardiovascular and strength training. Stick with it! Qualified personal trainers will help you stay motivated and enthused about working out. Your program will be diverse and include activities you enjoy. Plus, having an appointment to keep helps most of us keep the promise we've made to ourselves. |
